Supporting those still
criminalized for demanding justice in 2020
During 2020, millions of people
rose up to fight in defense of Black
lives. In response, the state used rampant violence and criminalization
to repress demands for abolition.
Hundreds of protesters are still incarcerated or otherwise still
being impacted by this repression.
Join us this summer in
supporting these members
of our movement family!
Our first workshop will be on May 31, 2023 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM, where
we will share updates on uprising-related cases and then write letters
to criminalized protesters.
The event will be at Chicago Freedom School, 719 S. State Street, Floor 4.
